I've been told Tier two but not sure?

Best way to tell tier is to auction several pieces and see what they average out to be. It notifies you exactly what people are willing to pay, and therefore gives a placement through that.

Additionally, after considering what they pay, consider how comfortable you are with things like hair, complex markings, grounding, etc. as people start to expect that to be more consistent. :)
