I would say Tier 3. You're doing the hair and pattern right and you have credits and everything. So I think that you're good to go!

Lower T3- you've lost a lot of muscle definition. Once you work on that I'd put you around 35K- for now I'd say 15K max.

It would also help to see some more pieces, see what you do consistently and what your style is. With one piece it's a little hard to see what you can do but start out in T3, practice, and work your way up!
