I’m trying to upload an image to my horse, but its only letting me uploads it from my camera roll, or take a photo, but when i do that it yells at me saying that the file type is not JPG, GIF, or PNG, but I dont understand how it could be when I’m uploading it from my camera roll, and thats the only way its letting me, please help!

If its from your phone you cant upload it , HEE only likes computer uploads which is kinda annoying , so i suggest pming yourself with a link the the picture then downloading it to your pc & uploading it then >3
