This is very simple-- state a tier and what you think an all-cuts piece of mine should go for.

I'm positive I'm probably stil considered Tier 3, but I'd like to see everyone else's opinions.

First of all, this is a lovely piece :)

I'd say stay Tier 3 for the moment :) this piece I'd say maybe 20-30k for all cuts.

This is just my opinion though, and I'm no critic :)

I would agree that Tier 3 is the best place for you at this moment in time :)
