Rainy has gotten *very* into art, has devoted tons of time to practicing, and wants to possibly open an art shop. I suck at self-evaluation, so here I am. Hair definitely needs some work, recoloring too, but I think I can fit the horse to the background somewhat well.

I think your hair looks pretty good. Just work on not over smudging your horse, not sure which are color changes, which means you did a fairly good job, the first one does look a little off, your grounding is quite nice. I would say tier 2
