I need something reminiscent of spring to call a show / race
Like - The Lavendar Cup (already used)
I was thinking something using crocus because it's the first sign of spring for me. But it's a weird word.

Something that has the air of The First Race of the Season. Fresh, inviting.

My first tablet was a Wacom Intuos 4. It was either the medium or the large. It was too big for my purposes though. The tablet I have now is the small Intuos pro pen and touch with the classic pen style. I love it. The touch part is overrated though so I never use it. The pen it came with is too bulky for me. Classic is more like a pen/pencil.

If you can afford to go wireless, I would do it. Connects just like a wireless mouse does except when it needs to charge. But you can use it either way.

Ok, thank you so much! I was wondering if the small might be too small, but I'm not going to have a huge screen either, so I think it might work.

All that matters is how you feel about it. If you like it then you should get it.

Like I said before, I don't know how I feel about it because I've never ever used one and know nothing about it.

What is your natural drawing style like? Do you you use broad strokes and always seem to run out of room when you sketch? Or do you use smaller quick lines and find a regular sheet of paper adequate for most sketches?

If you're good with the smaller sheet of paper when sketching you will be fine with a smaller tablet.

I've have the Large wacom intuos and is really large. Because I work better in a more compact area I found it too large and was having some difficulties with it. I actualy adjusted the mapping on the tablet and ended up only using a smaller portion of it. I've since upgraded to the Cintiq 13 and find that smaller size more then adequate.

Wacom tablets are very good high quality products. The one you linked should be a very good starting tablet for artwork.

Ok, that makes sense, thank you! I naturally use short strokes, so small sounds good. I really appreciate everyone's help!
