I would say double what you're asking for, then stay there for a while. This is very cheap, and your art can and most likely will improve past tier 3 swiftly.

Big advice.

Never use script/handwritten fonts to write prices and vital information such as rules.

It's impossible to read.

Those types of fonts are to be used in like two words or three, not more.
