Tier 2 for now. You definitely have the makings of a future tier 1 artist, but not yet. Maybe work on your manes a little? |

Best program without doubt is Photoshop. No other program will give you the quality that Photoshop does. |

Dagger, did you sculpt that horse? I swear I've seen horse(s) extremely similar to that one and weren't stock. Personally, I think it would be best if you put yourself in tier 3 before jumping into tier 2. You definitely need some more time to play with manes and editing your backgrounds. To me, it sort of looks like a horse image was put on a background and credited :/ I hope I dont sound mean, I'm really not trying to be mean.... |

Know I understand I'm unjust fiddling around I plan on getting photoshop to work on manes and ect |
