I’m doing art on my iPad 2018 9.7” and it works fine. But when it comes to posting it on HEE under a .png file it says the file is too large. The only other file that I thought would work is .jpeg but it turns out that it isn’t the same as .jpg. I have been looking all over to find a place to save a photo as .jpg any help would be appreciated! I’ve got orders to complete and hate asking them if they would be able to reduce the size and save it as a jpg themselves >.<
Is the iPad unable to save .jpg files? If so would an iPhone work or does it have to be done with a computer?
I’m also confused because it let me post my stable avatar and banner but it doesn’t let me post with the horse avatar (haven’t tried club sets yet)? |

Something about IOS devices doesn't usually let people upload images to HEE. I would export to your computer and upload from there. If resizing is needed, use photoshop or a website like this one: https://resizeimage.net |

I know PNG and GIF files are uploadable from IOS (and also work on HEE), but the challenge is getting the file size small enough without the image taking a huge quality hit. However you cannot upload JPG files from IOS as it will automatically convert the file to JPEG (does not work on HEE). I recommend uploading from a computer/laptop, because then you can upload JPG files/images, and since they have the smallest file size out of PNG and GIF, you never have to worry about losing quality ;) |
