Personally, I think the white horse looks, well, the wings seem a bit blurry but that's all.

Very nice for your first banner! I would suggest finding a lot of tutorials, trying different techniques, and discovering what you like. :) As it was already pointed out, it is a little blurry. As you get better at detailing, such as shading and highlighting, smudging if you like that style, this will improve.

With how you seemed to blend the wings, I'm rather impressed. The hair isn't too bad either, I would pay more like 30k for something like that if your work is consistent. But definitely take it from lib, tutorials.
