How do I downsize a file so that it can be uploaded to HEE?

First make sure that it is the right size (300x300 for stable avis). Then if you can, convert it to a JPG. This file is the smallest and best for uploading on HEE. If it’s a transparent image keep it as PNG.
Once I have the size and file right I use this website:
https://compressimage.toolur.com/
To compress my image. If your file is JPG use either option G or F for the best quality.
