Anyone Else Have Adobe Problems?

I've been having tons of issues with Adobe lately.And then today they charged me $19.98 but I have no idea what for.The only thing that shows up on my actual adobe account is my photography plan which is lightroom and photoshop for $9.99...I'm on hold with them now. Hopefully they'll refund it, but I don't have high hopes.
