The grow page says that I can only buy one round pen with ebs, but if I sold the one I bought with ebs would that mean I can buy another one with ebs or would I then have to use real money? Sorry if that was confusing.

I'd pay 45k ish for that piece, but consistency is key to price an art shop :) You can get a more solid price estimate if you post more examples.

10-20k. There isn't much flow to the tail, and it looks like it was simply cut out, though carefully. And the back hooves are cut off, even though the horse is on solid ground.
