So I usually do my art on 1,000px by 1,000px at 300 resolution, then shrink it down. But the file always ends up "too big" for HEE, so I have to optimize it.. does anyone know of a really good way to optimize it to shrink down the file size without killing the quality too much? I don't do photomanips, I do custom drawn, so line quality needs to be retained as much as possible.
