How about instead of trying to copy somebody’s distinctive style and years of hard work and development, you put in the same amount of effort into developing your own unique style.

I really don't appreciate someone trying to copy anything of mine. It's my style and the way I do things. You need to find your style that works for you. Be original.

You have talent and it’s rude to CM and yourself if all you’re going to do is copy her.

Look at tutorials on deviantart and the internet to improve. Experiment and try new things. Make mistakes and learn from them. Push yourself as an artist and don’t settle for the mediocrity of being a simple copy cat.

By no means am I trying to copy her. I do spend a lot of time trying to perfect my style. I was just saying don't want to smudge as much as some artists do or highlight like they do. I want my style more realistic, kind of like how CM's is but I don't want my style to be like CM (No offence to CM, her art is amazing) and I do not want to copy her.

I was never ever ever ever trying to copy you. And never would I want to do that. I apologize if that's what you thought I was trying or attempting to do. I do want to be original and I'm striving to do so. I admire your art and I'm just saying I want my horses to look realistic like yours do. I do not want them to look exactly like yours or copy the way you do it...
