Here you’ll find information on what’s allowed and not allowed, approved and non-approved stock image sources, acceptable image hosting sites, and other helpful standards to keep things running smoothly. General Art Rules: -
All artwork must be fully credited, including the source for every part of the image. A guide on proper crediting is provided below. - All art sales must be exchanged for Ebs or other in game items only, RMT (Real Money Transfer) is STRICTLY forbidden.

Images of real humans with identifiable features are not allowed. -
All user-created content must be PG-13. Meaning no extreme gore, sexually explicit ect ect, if you are unsure ASK -
Hotlinking is only allowed in the Chatbox and Gamemail. -
Fandom or copyrighted character artwork is not allowed. -
Images using Adobe Stock made after 12/12/24 must include the Adobe Stock # in the credits. -
Palettes are expected to follow all the same art rules, including proper credits and no hotlinking. This includes the backgrounds you choose to use. Stock Images - Every time you find a stock image you want to use, do a reverse image search.If the picture pops up all over the web, don't use it. It was likely stolen and uploaded to the stock site. Taking this easy extra step will help ensure that your art does not get taken down. It's no fun to have your art removed after you spend hours making it.
- If using stock from DeviantArt or similar sources you must follow ALL of the users prelisted rules for their stock art work

All stock images (free or paid) must be significantly modified before sale, Light edits or simple cropping are not sufficient. This applies to stock from sites such as Unsplash, DeviantArt, Adobe, Shutterstock, and similar sources. - Before using any stock from Paid use sites, you must take a screenshot of your subscription or proof of purchase and send to a moderator, this includes stock images purchased off of DeviantArt, and you must still follow all of the stock providers rules for their images.
AI Artwork -
AI-generated artwork is not allowed, including AI stock images. -
Always double-check that stock images are not AI-generated. Use AI-exclusion filters when available. Selling Artwork -
Sellers must allow a minimum of 48 hours for buyers to communicate before auctioning or reselling artwork. -
This applies to all art purchases and payment plans. -
Buyers should contact sellers promptly after claiming. Recommendation |

Art Auction Rules: -
No private or anonymous bids. -
Post buy now amounts at the start so all bidders have a fair chance. -
Auctions must end at the set time; the end time cannot be changed after the first bid is made. The last bid before the end counts. -
Do not make bids on behalf of other people. -
Non-EB bids (horses, straws, art, etc.) must have a realistic EB value assigned by the seller of the artwork. -
Only bid what you can pay or honor. If using payment plans, confirm with the seller and ensure you can pay in a reasonable time. - Once the art is entered into an auction and has bids you may NOT remove it under any circumstances, the only exception is if the horse gets sold. Please think twice before starting an auction, once it gets a bid - it must be sold to the highest bidder.
- if you are ONLY offering certain cuts it needs to be specified that it is only those cuts up for offer, and needs to be specified at the start of the auction, this also includes if all cuts are available after a certain threshold, if this is not specified in your auctions you will be expected to provide all cuts to winning bidders!

Crediting / Using Art work These are several different mediums that can be used digitally which include, but are not limited to:
- Photos
- Photo Manipulations
- Digital Drawings/Sketches
- Vector Images
When using artwork if it is NOT entirely yours you are required to give credit to each piece that you used. If you use a photo as the basis of your image, please give credit to the photographer. If you download a Photoshop brush, please give credit to the brush creator, and so on and so forth. It is very important that the owner of the image give you permission to use the image. If it is not a stock image or you don't have written permission to use the image, then the image should not be used on this website.
If the photo is all yours, you can just put (c) and your stable name as the credit.
There are many sites on which you can find references or add-on tools for your rendering applications, popular sites include, Flickr.com and Deviantart.com. Both of these sites give artwork owners the opportunity to "market" their pieces under the rules of Creative Commons. (Please click here for more information on Creative Commons: http://creativecommons.org/about/licenses/
Once you find a piece of artwork you would like to use in your piece, PLEASE make sure to check that you can under the different licenses of the Creative Commons.
Let's say you want to use this photo of mine as a reference for you drawing: http://cgray0983.deviantart.com/art/Caballo1-130596004
You will have to say on your piece - "Reference photo: http://cgray0983.deviantart.com/art/Caballo1-130596004. The URL must be clearly visible and not too small to read.
If you are using an image from a website that has stock images for use credit as the following "(c) "
Stock images MUST be for stock use only and not copyrighted in any way, shape, or form.
Basic images from websites are not allowed unless it is your own website and you own that photo - you have to have taken that photo. AI Images are not allowed as the original image can't easily be credited/researched.
DEVIANTART CREDITING
When crediting photos from DeviantArt, we have discussed this and decided the best way to credit this is not a direct link to the photo used but instead the artists account. For example, artistname.deviantart.co m.
Make sure that it is visible AND large enough so anyone looking at the image can easily see that proper credit is given to the artist of whose work you have used to get to your final product. Game moderators will be checking that images used fall under the correct license for Creative Commons or in artist's notes - that is why it is important to give credit. If we find that your image tagged to your horse does not fall under the above stated guidelines, we will remove the image in question.
