Can I blacklist members from my art shop?
This is only acceptable if they have previously harassed you, or scammed you. Blacklisting people will not be tolerated on our site unless the buyer has broken game rules on this site, directed toward you personally.
Can I use stock from sites like Adobe or Shutterstock using a free trial?
Yes, but you need to send a moderator a screenshot of the trial confirmation to serve as your "proof of purchase."

For the Buyer:
What if your artist takes too long or closes their shop?
- If you haven't paid, find another artist
- If you have paid, payment should be returned in full. If it has not, contact a moderator.
What if your purchased art was removed for crediting or non-stock reasons?
- Contact the artist with the reason(s) why it was removed and ask them to correct it. If not, contact a moderator.
What if you won an Artist Giveaway and never received the art?
-If there was no payment, report to a moderator.
-If there was full or partial payment and no refund was received, report to a moderator.

Payment in Advance:
It is the Artist's preference to require a full or partial payment up front or when the art is complete. This is normally for 1st time customers to protect the Artist.
Payment Time Limit:
The Artist is allowed to set a time limit to receive full payment from the customer. If payment is not made within the allotted time, they may revoke the image(s) for their personal use or to put into auction. The customer would no longer be allowed to use the image(s).
Art Giveaways:
The Artist may choose to hold a Giveaway. These are generally done through the Artist's club, shop, or contest. How the winner(s) is chosen is up to the Artist.
