You have to have an empty pasture to convert. But once you do it is permanent. No way to change it back sell it or delete it

I would like to find out the worth of this WWW mare

She hasn't got any training as of yet. I would like to find out her sale and brood worth. Or if it'd be wiser to get training in, then to find out a value depending on that

100% train her and base value off that. As it stands she could be worth 400k or 1mil+ with nothing to go off besides rating.
