I just did some research out of curiosity and it looks like -14F is the coldest temperature that's been recorded on Long Island in recent history

I think the coldest we saw it was -23F. That was the morning we shipped bred heifers to Texas. Everybody was wanting to hitch a ride with them on the truck x)

Last winter was rough. We got flooded in about 3-4 times by our driveway, 2'+ of snow, and 10 days of temps that were a minimum of 10 below even during the day for those 10 days. This winter has been a cakewalk in comparison so far lol. A bit of rain here and there, getting into the teens at night and 30s-low 40s during the day so far. I'm really hoping it stays nice(ish). My definition of bad winter has changed lol

The snow is the only thing that keeps my seasonal depression at bay lmao. It's so dark and grey here in the winter (last year I counted and we had 1 sunny day between December and March) and the snow really brightens everything up

I just discovered that my bravery mare Ivory -HEE Click- is #1 in the Horse of the Year - Overall LB! And she's a home bred horse!

That’s because the image is too small to fill the page. You can make it a different color or gradient, or you could make it a sticky background.

Okay, I feel like I'm spamming this and I really should know this by now and this is a really dumb question, but...
So, I tried making the chatboxes fancy using the code you provided, but it didn't work. Here is a screenshot of it. Link
The navbar is effected (affected?), too, and it makes there be that little space between the navbar and the dropdown, which makes it very hard to use the dropdown. I've seen on some people's palettes that the navbar stays the same, and only the dropdown is effected. How do I do this? Thanks!

Okay, I've crosschecked your code with my own and found the problem.

The problem is that you have,nt seperated the Navigation bar from its content, my code looks like this:

See how at the very top mine is missng the ".dropdown:hover"? Cut that, and paste it at the bottom as a new section, and it should fix the problem :)

TO make it a new section, delete it from the top and paste this underneath:

.dropdown a:hover {
background-color: #c6c6c6;
background-image: linear-gradient(white, gray);
}
