I had a sand boa and jeez she had nothing in between those eyes. She would sit there with the mouse in her mouth for like an hour not moving then slowly eat it over the corse of another hour

Can someone please explain the levels? I can't figure out if "Sub-Par" is better or worse than "Average" and I just don't understand it. Also, why are all barns, pasture, round pens, etc., only able to be bought with IRL$ ? like, what if I wanted to do it myself, without making someone else spend their IRL$ on me?
