There are equine classes, I'm not taking any because I don't really have time with my required schedule so I'm not sure if they go into color genetics :) We do a lot of lab work which is transferrable to horses but don't work with them directly

Can someone please explain the levels? I can't figure out if "Sub-Par" is better or worse than "Average" and I just don't understand it. Also, why are all barns, pasture, round pens, etc., only able to be bought with IRL$ ? like, what if I wanted to do it myself, without making someone else spend their IRL$ on me?
