My stable is just under a month old, and I do feel this could have been very beneficial! I felt rather annoying asking questions on the chat all day everyday lol. I was lucky enough to have a member send me a couple of PEP WB mares, both of which produced EEPs this RO with little to no "technical" matching, I literally just sent them to cheap EEE stallions. I do think it would be better to be advice based, as to me the technical aspect of this game is the hardest to get into!!! |

How long does this mentoring program last until a member can adopt a new newbie? Is there an age limit to a stable before they are "cut" from the newbie part of the program? What if the newbie breaks any rules of the program/begs? What if the mentor doesn't help the newbie as much as they could/should? What if the mentor doesn't have what the newbie needs? Like if they want to breed TB, for example, and the mentor only has ISH, do they HAVE to buy the newbie a TB of their choosing? What is the minimum age a stable can be to be able to mentor a newbie? Will there be a place for newbie stables to post exactly what they're looking for help in so that mentor stables can choose one that would work best with what they have?

I would love to help a newbie but would only really be able to help with the basics as J am a color account and have no idea on ratings. If my newbie was a WB Color breeder we would be all set, but those are few and far between. Maybe a solution would be: When a newbie posts their Help! Post maybe they could say something like: I want to be an ISH rating or I'm going for AB Color, that way the appropriate stable could adopt them. |
