| My first dog that I had was a lab, he bit me and my mom a ton but we just had to deal with it. Eventually when he was around a year old he stopped biting, we slowed down the habit by giving him hard treats to gnaw on and toys. |

| My uncle raises and breed German Shorthaired as bird dogs. His have to stay kenneled, their energy level is alarming and they would tear a house apart. Just not great pets as youngsters. Sweet and lovely as they are. |

| Ship The problem with dog training is there is no one way to train a dog. You have to come up with a game plan that works for your dog cause there is no one size fits all when it comes to training. Join Facebook groups look at YouTube channels talk to as many people as you can to get an idea |

| im not a trainer but a huge advocate for each dog requires their own training, and each breed needs different training. the spaniels i raised with my family are MASSIVELY different than my adult shepherd mix. it sounds like you've got high expectations for what is basically a small child |
