Yes I use jpg but I've not tried the quality 6 yet. I shall on this next one (already has like 20 layers lol)

Saving them as JPG VS PNG helps. PNG has better quality, but larger size. JPG has smaller file size. I usually save it as quality 6, then compress, and don't have any issues

Yep. I do everything then merge all the layers to just transfer one image to the background

I believe it works with all CSS web-safe fonts.

So I've been trying for the last few hours to figure out how to make the background scroll horizontally when scrolling down the page but it's not going well lol

Try changing the font size


good point I just realised it was probably that, I also had issues with line height so keep this in mind too!

also, you can use google fonts, but some users may not be able to see it! it depends on their device (Mac, Android, windows, etc)
