Because I haven't found this anywhere else, here is hopefully a quick & informative guide on Embryo creation to birth
These are my suggestions only as I have now done many of them, and the guide is a work in progress (please be kind)
(This is called artificial insemination. The straw is the stallions semen. The Mare provides the egg. The embryo is created when the two are combined using human intervention.)

PLANNING STAGE
1. Do not breed the mare you want to pull the egg from!
2. Plan on doing two embryos, then you get two breedings in one RO from the same mare to use at your convienience
3. Match Maker is a great way to create the best matches for your embryo(s). You may use either your own stallion or a straw. You can use different stallions or straws on your embryo's. Each embryo is it's OWN breeding.
There is a place to mark your selection for embryo here
At the bottom those matches with the "E" tell you they are for embryo creation
4. As long as you have not bred your mare, eggs can be pulled and embryos created at anytime during the HEE Year with a 3 day "cooldown" between each one.

CREATING the EMBRYO (also called "pulling")
1. Go to "Services", then "Vet's Office"
2. Select "Collect & Manage Embryos"
3. Here select "Create Embryo"
4. Use the drop down box to select the mare you have chosen, Then select from the drop down box for either Stallion or straw
Here is where you can use a Silver, Bronze or Gold Embro token which will save you a percentage of ebs from the cost of creation
5. Click "Create Embryo"
6. You will see this at the top of your screen

IMPLANTATION-CREATION
1. Keep in mind that as soon as you implant your embryo a foal is born. You might consider using your embryo as one of your first breedings of the year. The concept is the same as any other breeding on HEE
2. Go to "Stable", Breeding Center, And scroll down to "Implant Embryos"
The dropdown on "surrogate mare" will show you which unbred mares you have that are eligable to be used. Once used, they cannot breed again for the remainder of the HEE year.
3. This is also where you use sexed embryos, glasses, medallions, svens etc.
These are the sexed straws to determine the sex of your foal
Like any other breeding, you can only use one item on a foal creation
4. Select "Implant" and your foal will be born immediately!
