Wonder how to make your "About Us" section into a text box with a colored background? Here is a step by step how to (with pictures!)

1. Insert --> Table
2. It should (if you are on a computer at least) come up with a little table next to it and it is to select how big you want the table, for this you'll want just a 1x1

3. Your table will then pop up. Click inside it like you are going to type, but just hit enter a few times.

4. Go back to the top of your table, the first "text" line. Then go to Insert --> image

5. When you are hovering over your table it should have a properties box (also where you can insert or remove columns of your table)

Click on the first one, this will open up table properties

6. Once in your table properties you can go to advanced settings

And there you can change the background color and the boarder
