What i do is i enter all my AD boys inthe barn manager and then i have specific barns for SD, it makes that easier to manage! Then once a boy have reached level 10, i look at their training and decide what dicipline to enter them in, i do SPP/ PPSand EPP/PPE in XC, then Jumping and Dressage. And i do SSS and PPP in AD! Hope that helped!

SD trained dressage SM's. You don't need that many.
SD trained XC and J SM with only Dressage left.

I cull as well. If those bars don't move on hrt or str for a while they're of no use to me. Their sitting in a barn taking up space and feed.
