Currently True is the only W-EEW combo stud up for breeding in your price range 
I would send Beauty to Batovian, he should do well with her strong movement, his fee is 5k, and he's placed #69 on the KNNLB

I would send Svi to Stormswift, he has strong intelligence and should do well with her strong scope and speed. 
For Carra I would go with Bane, he has strong scope and should do well with her strong movement.
