I would send her to Aurum, he has strong heart and should do well with her strong movement and speed. He's also buckskin sabino so he fits your color request and placed 10 places above the stud she was sent to this month.

I would send Stormy to Pop Culture, he has strong movement and is silver. He's also WWE and placed at #66 on the ABLB. 
I would send Belle to Redbeard, he has strong movement and strength and should do well with her strong intelligence and speed. He's placed #47 on the ABLB but does not have the creme gene.

I would send her to Limitless, he has strong intelligence to make up for her weakness and with a scope or jumping medallion to make sure his are covered I think they would do very well, he's placed #11 on the ABLB

I would send her back to Urikana with a dressage medallion, they match well but since both their weakest traits are in that discipline it would be good to boost that.

Freshies are the only studs within your budget that fit the ratings requirements so I would send her to Nergigante, he has strong training so far and has a good pedigree. He's not too shiny but he does have sabino and is smokey. He only has one space left on his straw forum though.

I would send her to Xolo, he isn't trained yet but that W in dressage should mean strong movement and intelligence. He's also pretty shiny and on the cheap side.
