I would send her to Tarasque, he's a mid ISHLB stud and they should do well since speed is of the only strengths two she's shown so far, since she's behind on training, and that's a big weakness of his.

The owner of this stud isn't premium which means I can't get straws..could you possibly find an another stud if possible? Budget is now 15K and would prefer EWE+ combo. Thanks!

I would send her to Mambele then, he has strong movement, intelligence, heart, and scope and should do well with ehr strong strength and speed. AL is super nice so you shouldn't have any problems getting a straw :)

I would send her to Warlock, he has strong movement and scope and should do well with her strong intelligence and heart. His LCs are over budget but he has straws for sale in the store and even with the straw fee they are underbudget.
