I have two options, first option is sending her to Chupacabra with an speed glass, he has strong intelligence to make up for her other weakness but the movement could still be a concern. 
The second is Existential with an intelligence glass, he would make up for her weaknesses in movement and speed an her strength in scope would make up for his weakness.

My first option for her is Aisling, he has strong movement, intelligence, and scope and should do well with her strong heart and strength. 
My second option is Montserrat, he is however lower on the ABLB and not as strong in intelligence and scope so I would definitely go with Aisling if you can afford it. He would still be a decent match since her strong heart and strength would make up for his biggest weaknesses.

Not really, the biggest weakness for both of them is intelligence and neither horse is particularly strong in movement or heart. |
