Noctis would still be a good match for her, if you do want a cheaper stud this is the boy next highest on the WBLB (#23) that matches her well.

I would send her to Counterfactual. He's got strong scope and speed to match her weakness in those traits and since she's strongest in dressage she'll match his weakness in intelligence. They also have a good chance at producing a KNN foal.

I couldn't find a SH boy who was also a good producer that matched her well but this AA boy will give you a SH foal. He's got strong movement, intelligence, heart, and speed. His one weak spot is scope where she's pretty strong in so they should do well together.
