Yea if you can afford a scope glass I absolutely use it. She isn't too weak in scope but the studs she's been sent to before aren't as weak in it as he is so it would definitely be worried about it as well.

I would send her to Sehkmets Curse, he's fairly balanced but should do well with her strong movement. Since her training isn't tracked this is about as good as a match as I can find.

I would send her to Plague, he has strong strength and scope and her strong movement and heart should make up for his weaknesses. He's also the highest TBLB stud within your price range.
