I would match Mocha with this mare, she has strong intelligence and scope and a solid breeding history. 
I would send your mare to Saffire, he has strong intelligence to make up for her biggest weakness and should do well with her strong scope and strength.

I would send Cantella back to Eidelon, he has pretty good intelligence and her solid scope should do well with him again. 
I would send Coconuts to Sigma. He has great movement and strength and solid scope and her strong heart should make up for his weakness. 
I would send Lonely back to Feirefiz, they've done pretty well together in the past. He also has strong heart and scope and her strong movement should make up for his weakness.
