I would send Amihan to Shockwave, he has strong scope and speed and her heart and should do well with her strong heart. 
I would go with Magnamite for your second mare, he has strong scope and her strength isn't weak so they should go well together.

I would send her to Eris, he is strong in intelligence and scope which she desperately needs and is very rare for a TB stud and her strengths in movement, heart, and speed balance him out as well. 
If you can stretch your budget a bit more I would send her to Mojito, he has strong intelligence and movement and her strong heart and speed cover his weaknesses. If you can't stretch a bit further my original suggestion of Eris is still a good option.

Since her training isn't tracked Roses should do fairly well with her since his training isn't fairly balanced and his weakness isn't movement, intelligence, or scope.
