no I think it's just "if you currently have one, you then need to use money". your singular pen should always be ebs-purchasable I'd think

I'm not sure if I am just unlucky - but the last 5/6 rides I completed with no spook hasn't given me a map. I genuinely cannot remember the last time I got one! I may just be out of luck xD
