I can not do screen shots. I am down 5000 ebs and it never said anything about my brand. I thought it would just show up on the animals after. It never did. I went back to check on things and the brand is not showing up now. So I guess I am out.
Every device can do screenshots, from phones, to computers, to tablets.
Can you copy and past the Miscellaneous Expenses category from your accountant?
Dimrill is also correct, you have to go in and physically select the horses to brand (whether by barn, or only horses you have bred, or all horses). If you skip this step, the game does not automatically brand your horses for you.

If it is telling you that the brand does not exist, it means you tried to create a brand that is already in use.
This is the entirety of the brand section of the 'My Account' page.

This is the section where it shows your current brand. If there is nothing there, you do not own a brand.

To create a brand, you use this section. If the brand is already in use by another stable, you cannot add it. The game will not let you.

And this is the section that you use to apply the brand. You have to hit the submit button in order to do so.

It is not allowing me to use copy paste.
On this page you are showing me it tells me No brands have been chosen Yet my accountant tells me he paid 5000 for a brand. |

You can copy and paste from the accountant. I've done it hundreds of times. You can also copy and paste from the "My Account" page, but the formatting might be off.
The accountant will not deduct ebs if the brand you tried to select is not available. |

I tried once again to copy paste from the my account page and it disappears once I click on submit. Thisa is the first section of the brand part. Your Current Stable Brands
