I found two studs that match her well, one is above your price range but if you were to join the club he's discounted for he's right at your budget of 100k and the other is well within your budget. Both are on the ABLB.

It looks like a good match, I might consider using an intelligence glass though. She's not weak in it but it's also not her strongest trait and since it's his worst it would probably be a good idea.

The mare is very strong in the XC traits (heart,speed,strength) and the stud is strong in the remaining traits; movement, intelligence, and scope. |

Match I helped with in chat, the mare was matched very well her first year but just didn't seem to like the stud too much. She has strong movement and heart and needs a stud with strong intelligence and decent speed, scope, and strength.

Alright I have found two studs that she would match well with but one of them I actually own so I'm only going to recommend the other. If you'd like to have the other option as well you can pm me but I don't want to post him here because this forum in no way is for me to advertise my own studs.
I would send her to this stud, he is slightly taller at 16.3 hands but he's the only stub on a breed LB without breeding requirements that exclude her and matches her well.
