Please calm down, and give more information on it, like how many horses you captured or what breed.

The free horse capture is only valid for one horse. So if you put in capture 5 horses and used one token, only one horse will be free and you will have to pay for the other four.

As Arven said - all capture tokens work for only one horse at a time.
