Hey,
I'm a little bit stumped. I recently bred this filly (https://horseeden.com/horse.php?id=42617445) and her colour is Silver Buckskin, but neither of her parents are listed as silver. The sire is listed as a buckskin roan and the dam is listed as chestnut splash white. Does her mother have a hidden silver gene?

Exactly, silver only show on dark pigment (EE or Ee) so a chestnut horse can hide a silver gene (ee).
