You can find such thing answered in the game help section:
In this game, all horses are born with inheritable traits which affect their performance in the show ring. The traits are:

  • Intelligence
  • Scope
  • Movement
  • Speed
  • Strength
  • Heart
Some traits are more important than others for each show discipline.
Dressage horses should aim to be strong in Intelligence, Movement, and Strength.
Cross Country horses should aim to be strong in Heart, Strength, and Speed.
Jumpers should aim to be strong in Heart, Scope, and Speed.
An exceptional all-around Eventing horse should aim to be strong in all traits.
