So am wanting to expand and explore softwares and tablet's.
I currently use paper and digital.
I want to know what you use to draw on, and the software.
Why you like it and, how complex the tools are.

Hey! I mainly use a little foldable laptop (it transitions to a tablet) and the ibis paint drawing software, I personally like both because of touch sensitivity and just how easy ibis is to use <3

I use an XPPEN (no idea what model since it was a present, xd), but one of the more larger ones. We`re talking monitor-size. Anyways, I also use MediBang program-wise; I had to make everything myself (brushes, settings, etc.), but it is beginner friendly. Ibis seems better, based on what I have heard along with the artists that use it.

I personally use a ten-year-old iPad mini, my finger, and Procreate lol.
This is probably as simple (and cheap) as you can get, Procreate is easy to use in my opinion, I love it for digital drawing as well as manips.

I personally prefer Kleki. It's a website which is simply just a blank canvas and countless other tools to help make small intricate details. For device wise I simply use a trackpad on a beat up chromebook :) eh, gets the job done.

If you don't mind spending a little bit of money on a program, I really like Clip Studio Paint Pro. Its a one-time purchase price (around $60 USD), but there are upgrades you can pay for. I've been using the 2.0 version for a few years and do not need to pay for the latest version as it works great. It is very user friendly (in my opinion) and has a good variety of brushes and settings.
I've also heard Affinity Photo is a really good program and it's very similar to Photoshop, haven't tried it myself but have considered it. Its also a one-time purchase.
As for a tablet, I use a Wacom Intuos Pro with my laptop.
