Looks like you put the wrong combos for agouti. Ata x AA will produce AAt or Aa but you put AA or Ata.

Just like you write Zz you write AAt because A is dominant to At, but you write Ata because At is dominant to a

This isn't exactly true in real life horse genetics, but it's the way the alleles work here on HEE. It's a simplified variation of the Gower Agouti model.
