I have a question about the player's mailbox. It says that anything in the folders gets deleted after 14 days unless it's saved, but does that apply to unread messages, too? I want to contact a player who hasn't logged on in more than a month. Might my message to them disappear before they come back? Is there any way to get notified if they've read it or not? Thanks.

Yes, I'd assume unread messages get deleted just like read ones, and no you do not get notified once a message has been read.
