I looked through the game guide and couldn't find a topic on the ungeld feature, so I'm not positive whether or not this is a bug. I have a 2-year-old gelding I'd like to ungeld, but the option isn't available. This is a horse I bred. I checked other horses I have, and it looks like most geldings under the age of 6 can't be ungelded. Is there an age minimum I'm not aware of? I know for sure I ungelded a 3-year-old earlier this month so I didn't think age was a factor.

I'm pretty sure he was gelded the day he was born. Is that the reason he can't be ungelded?

I guess I'm not sure why other, older geldings still have the option to be ungelded when they were also gelded the day they were born.

I'm realizing now that this probably has to do with the timeframe when the ungeld feature came into affect. Any horses born before that can still be ungelded, but any born after that only have a 24hr window. Am I correct in my thinking?

I'm not sure about that- I do know you only have 24 hours to unfelt him and I can guarantee it's past that time period
