I feel like gene testing WWW boys is always worth it. It's not that expensive compared to how much they cost to make and how much they can potentially earn you. Especially if it can make people more likely to breed to them

I think it really depends on who you ask. But overall a lot of people look for color so if you gene test them they will probably be used more if they do have color

Especially because they can hide things like pearl and silver sometimes and I want those. I don't know they are they if they aren't gene tested

I'm curious, how often do yall check to see if a stud has had a genetic test before you breed your mare? I'm wondering if it would be worth genetic testing my studs....

Lazy, same! I'm applying to a few work from home positions in my industry, because I think it'd be so much better for me. Plus, my company is tiny so there's no ladder to climb, it's literally me, my colleague and the owner

if its any help @void, what i find helps me stay on task is breakdown my work into tiny tasks that i can reward myself once completed, helps somedays XD and to do the thing i want to do the least first , so everything else is way easier to get through, but its hard , ngl lol

Hi all!

I posted this in the "Breeding Discussion" forum but had no responses, so I figured I would post here, since I need help!

I am in my 3rd breeding year, and I have a freshie for year 155! My biggest question is how to go about testing him! I've read Hyrim's old guide about it, and he's only EEE rated so I don't expect him to make the LB's, but I also want to give him a good year anyways.
Do I just buy a bunch of PPP+ rated, proven mares? Do I put him up for public stud with a min rating requirement? Both?
Any and all tips are much appreciated! Thanks :)

personally i just search for a bunch of PEP+ mares for breeding, usually with patterns in case ratings fall through. I say use him yourself to give him the best odds:)

I usually test my "not expected to be on a LB" freshmen with 10 public mares that might fit him and that are up on rollover for an affordable amount.
Depending on the training I use PEP oder EEP combo mares that are trained and have had some decent rated foals before.
After these 10 foals you can see where they end on the Freshmen board and then decide if you instant geld or keep as a stud - and for how much you can offer them to public.
