I have a laptop, but we basically don't use them. So I'd have to bring my laptop, keyboard, mouse, headset. At home I have two 27 inch monitors. In the office I'd have two 17inch monitors. RIP

My sister used to work for an insurance company and they worked from home but had to go into the office once a week and it was really dumb they had to take their entire computer set up there and bring it back home. And not laptop like actual computer with the monitor and large computer system and such

I have been losing the Genetics Practice game every single time I've played it!! I've been using Punnetts Square to help with trying to win but it doesn't seem to work. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME!!! I'm getting so frustrated

I wrote this a while ago for how I do the game. Hopefully it's helpful.

The genetics game wants you to predict the combinations of copies that can be passed down. The first step is to find which traits the parents have different copies for and decide which combos those could make. If one parent's copies of dun are Dd and the other's are dd, the foal could end up with Dd or dd but not DD. If both parents had Dd the foal could end up DD, Dd, or dd.

Then you put a possible combo for each of the traits together in a string the way the game instructs. The way the game gets the total number of possible genetic combos is from multiplying the possibilities for individual traits together. You can divide the total by the number of combos for the first trait, then keep dividing your answers by the number of combos for the other traits. This will tell you how to set apart the combos so that you get them all.

So if you have 24 total combos and your mare has Ee AAt Zz Toto (omitting the genes that will only make one combo between them) while your stud has EE aa zz Toto, the next step is to find out what combos these can make individually. They can produce EE or Ee, Aa or Ata, Zz or zz, and ToTo, Toto, or toto. Now 24/2=12, so your first 12 answers will be EE while the other 12 will be Ee. 12/2=6, so you'll alternate Aa and Ata every 6 answers. 6/2=3, so you'll alternate Zz and zz every 3 answers. Finally 3/3=1, so you'll alternate ToTo, Toto, and toto every answer. The genes that can make only one combo will stay the same for each string.

The issue you had is with your PATN. When the gene is present, the entire set of letters is capitalized, so PATN-1PATN-1, or PATN-2patn-2. You only capitalized the first letter, and had it written as Patn-2patn-2.
