Depends on if you want a challenge or if you want to have an easier time with ratings.
Really hard breeds that need love are KNN, RID and PON - they're tricky and not super strong but not a lot of people breed them.
X, WB, AA, and TB are a good medium but are falling behind again.
ISH/SH are the easiest in terms of strength as they're easy to get and wildly popular
