Blue, the issue I ran into today was running out of space to breed so I'm culling out my mares that are PEP and below between 10-16 in age that have offspring that are the same rating or better. I also need to do my dressage horses but I don't want to put myself through that right now x.x

Hello,
I have a question regarding memorial gardens. I think it happened before but I logged in on Monday to see that a horse passed away the same morning and wanted to add it to memorial garden but it was already deleted from the game. Is it impossible to add horses if they passed away without offspring? I think it was possible a while ago and there was some time to add it to prevent deletion, but now I can't do that so the memorial garden is kind of useless now.

No, deletion times have been sped up to clear space and there isn't any way to slow it down.

Okay, but what does it mean sped up? Now you can't add horses to memorial garden at all?
