My mom and I used to play this game together several years ago, we diecided to sign back into the game only to find out while My account was still here, hers was nowhere to be found.

I know some websites will clear space after a while but I also know Some hold them as a Kind of Archive because of legal reasons. Is there any way at all for admins to get that account back, as she had put quite a bit of money into that account and had a lot of Ebs in it when Serious family and life issues got in the way and we had to stop playing for a while.

I believe accounts with premiums will stick around for longer after inactivity than non premium accounts will. Not sure if it'd be possible for her to retrieve it :(

Once an account is deleted there's no way of getting it back

We were hopeful but I know not every site backs things up, fortunately she wasn't too upset about it and I learned she wasn't really super interested in coming back all the way anyway.

We just weren't aware that the account had closed or why, as she never got an Email about it (and she checked when trying to find out if it was still there.) But ah well, nothing can be done now if that Data is gone.
