Yes. Go to your horse's page and look at the bottom of it. There should be a 'Manage Your Horse' button there. After clicking on it, find the 'Sell Horse' button. Click that, and it will tell you where to put the price and where to say if you are accepting offers. PM me for clarity or for any other questions you might have!
